5. Durgapur Barrage

The Durgapur Barrage spans the Damodar River between Durgapur in Bankura district and Paschim Bardhaman district in West Bengal state, India.

 Damodar Valley Corporation constructed it in part for irrigation and to supply water to Durgapur’s industrial township.

6. Durgapur Steel Plant

Durgapur Steel Plant, located in the eastern Indian state of West Bengal, is an integrated steel plant owned by Steel Authority of India Limited.

In the growing industrial city of Durgapur, it is located on the banks of the Damodar River in the Paschim Bardhaman district.

7. Bidhan Nagar Ram Temple

8. Rahreswar Shibtola

Approximately 800 years ago, south Indian kings built this ancient temple to earn the goodwill of Lord Shiva by serving him.
