1. Mr. Anil Kumar Dutta was born on 15 April 1933 in the Sahanagar district of South Kolkata.

2. We tend to catch on our personality traits and hobbies since our childhood, similarly with Mr. Anil Kumar Dutta, at an early age, he was keen on drawing, painting, and writing poetry.

3. He envisioned and saw a dream of creating a platform to serve society through art activities.

4. Mr. Anil Kumar Dutta, keeping in mind his vision, became the founder and Editor of Shilpa O Sahitya, a literary magazine.

5. As part of his efforts to improve the art culture, Mr. Anil Kumar Dutta started the Academy of Creative Arts.

6. The courses offered at the Academy are limited to two- A one-year certificate course for young artists and a three-year degree program for senior artists and for those who are fixated on becoming an art teacher.

7. One of his most prominent works is Swakalbela( Of My Time). It is a collection of excellent prodigies and personalities in the field of Art, Culture, and Science. The idea behind this masterpiece was to showcase a gallery consisting of 100 eminent contemporary figures. Exhibitions of this work were held at the Academy of Fine Arts in 1984 and 1985.
   

8. In addition to other renowned writers, Mr. Anil Kumar Dutta was a literary giant, with novels like Alor Sandhane, Shad Noy Gandhe, Apabrita, and Parama.
