Is Phone Audio Recording An Admissible Evidence In Court?
An audio recording is used in the electronic recording field. So, is phone audio recording an admissible evidence in court? These instruments are used for almost anything in the new modern era, including, as part of the evidence in Law! There are cases in which electronic records are placed before the courts for evidence.
The proof collected on a tape-recorder or other mechanical process shall be in support of claims being allowed under such security measures.

So, is phone audio recording an acceptable evidence in court?
1. A record-maker must accurately identify the voice of the speaker. In other words, for the acceptability of the audio statement, the first requirement is to define the voice of the speaker. When speech is dismissed by the producer, strict facts determine whether or not the speaker was actually speaking.

2. The correctness of the reported assertion must be proven by the author of the document, either explicitly or circumstantially, with satisfactory proof.
