Have you heard of the Kris Gethin’s Dramatic Training Principle?

Kris Gethin has remained a God for many bodybuilders and weightlifters! In this blog, we will be sharing with you all that you need to know about DTP!

  1.  DTP stands for the Dramatic Training Principle. It was devised after years of research by Kris Gethin.

2, 2-quad exercises have been used to elaborate on the set and rep format.

3. In Leg Press, there are five sets with a repetition of 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10, respectively.

4. There are five sets with repetition of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50, respectively, in Leg Extension.

5. Rest Intervals are shorter between the lighters. Approximately 60 seconds between sets will suffice.

6. Where fast-twitch muscle fibres do the majority of work, taking 120 seconds rest is recommended when doing heavier, and lower rep sets.

7. DTPXtreme is a superset format that is nothing but a variation of DTP training.

8. DTP optimizes muscle fibre activity. It benefits the acceleration of sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar hypertrophy, both essential for growth.

9. DTP melts fat quickly, accelerates fat loss, makes blood sugar management healthier, and improves insulin sensitivity.

10.  One major obstacle that individuals face is the lack of time. Though, you will be glad that this training is a time-efficient result training and can complete your workout in just 40 minutes!
