Asif was first noticed in the famous 1998 TV show Woh. Over the years, he was seen in several Hindi films like Black Friday, Rules: Pyar Ka Superhit Formula, and Parzania. However, it was his role as tea-seller in Jab We Met that brought him nationwide recognition.
