1. Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga was the 3rd Linga in the list of 12 Jyotirlingas.

2. Located on the banks of the Kshipra River, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh is Mahakaleshwar Temple.

3. This Jyotirlinga is one of the important pilgrimage sites in central India, Madhya Pradesh.

4. According to the Puranas, there was a 5-year-old boy, Shrikar. The boy was delighted by the devotion of King Chandrasen of Ujjain.

5. Shrikar took a stone and started worshipping that stone, believing it to be Shiva. Many people tried to divert him in many ways, but his devotion kept on growing
