Pataliputra was actually a small fort established by Udayin, Ruler of Magadha near the Ganga River. It was also the capital of several other dynasties, including Mauryan, Gupta, Pala and more. Today, the name has “again” changed to Patna, the capital-state of Bihar.

- Golghar
- Round House of Patna, Bihar, it is actually a granary in the form of Stupa in the Gandhi Maidan. It was designed by Captain John Garstin of East India Company, Bengal Army during the late 1700s.

2. Takht Sri Patna Sahib or Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara
- It was constructed under the rule of the first Maharaja of Sikh Empire, Ranjit Singh. Takht Sri Patna Sahib is one of the many Gurdwaras built by him, dedicated to the tenth Guru of Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh.

3. Sangi Masjid

4. Padri Ki Haveli (Mansion of Padre)

- Made to celebrate 2554th Birthday of Gautama Buddha, it is developed by the Government of Bihar. Do get your selfie with the 2-Bodhi Trees that flank Buddha Statue, planted by Dalai Lama.
