Seven Sisters Of India: Saat Raajyo Ka Mel-Milaap
A dedicated educator and writer, a humble colleague, an understanding…
Seven sisters of India is like a carefully maintained eco-friendly bond (between the North-eastern states of India). Along with the original seven sisters of India (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura), in 1975, Sikkim was added like a brother to them.
Independent from each other but connected through the corridor, Siliguri, all 8 states are diversely rich in biodiversity, cultures, food habits, mountains, nature, and ancient marks. The connecting link, Siliguri, is famously known by the name of ‘Chicken’s Neck’ as it looks like a narrow strip structure of the neck of a chicken.
