Sharbani Mukherjee belongs to the famous Mukherjee Family in Bollywood. Know about her journey as an actress in Indian Cinema.
1. Sharbani Mukherjee was born in 1969. She belongs to the Mukherjee Family and is the daughter of Rono Mukherjee.

2. Her relatives, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Tanisha, Ayan Mukerji, Davesh Maulik and Samrat Mukerji have also been great names. They all have also contributed to Bollywood.

3. Sharbani debuted with Border (1997) when she was still in school, and director JP Dutta was looking for a child bride. Her name crossed and Mr Dutta met and finalized her.
She was also featured in a song by Shazia Mansoor, Ghar Aaja Sohnyia.

4. Later on, Sharbani appeared in a Multilingual Malayalam film, Snegithiye (2000), which took 7-years of production, and Sharbani had to learn different languages.
Snegithiye released first in Tamil only, and the Malayalam version, Raakilipattu released seven years later in 2007.

5. Succeedingly, Sharbani went on to play the lead in Sufi Paranja Katha (2010).
For the preparation of the role, Sharbani had to read the KP Ramanunni’s novel (on which the film was based).
