How many types of exercises do you know? If none, then it might be because you are not aware of many types of exercises that you can choose from.

6. Strength exercises keep bones and muscles active. These are good for old people and can keep them independent.

7. Strength exercises like lifting free weights, using gym machines, using resistance bands also allow you to shape your body posture.

8. Flexibility exercises can keep the body limber and help you to maintain a wide range of motion.

9. Stretching before different parts of the body, exercising and doing yoga, are few ways to improve and maintain flexibility level.
