Marathon or Milkha Singh rishta purana hai bhaiya!!

Ab thoda gayan lelo. It is a long-distance foot race with a distance of 42.195 kilometres (26 miles 385 yards), usually run as a road race, but the distance can be covered on trail routes.

The marathon can be completed by running or with a run/walk strategy. There are also wheelchair divisions.

  • The Marathon was one of the original modern Olympic events in 1896.
  • The name comes from the legend of Philippides, the Greek messenger.
  • The London marathon is famous for always drawing most of the world’s best runners.

  • It will help increase your endurance.
  • For practically anyone, running involves a serious amount of commitment, training, preparation and – at times – sustained discomfort.

Many marathon enthusiasts agree that the most gruelling marathon in the world is the Barkley Marathons, held each year in the woods of Tennessee in the United States. The Barkley Marathons course covers between 97 km and 160 km and requires runners to climb roughly 16,500 metres, almost twice the height of Mount Everest, in 60 hours. 60 saal me bhi nahi hoga ye toh.

More than a thousand runners have attempted the Barkley Marathons and only 15 have finished, two of them more than once. Even after writing about running and marathon nobody can convince me to get up and run kyuki bhaiya humse nahi hota!!!
